Terms of Service

By registering an account, downloading our client, or playing on the IronSRO-R server, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of our services.

1. Account Ownership and Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. IronSRO-R administration will never ask for your password. All accounts, characters, and virtual items remain the exclusive property of IronSRO-R. We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive license to use these assets for personal entertainment. Selling accounts or in-game items for real money (RMT) to other players is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban.

2. Virtual Currency (Silk) and Donations

Our server is free-to-play. Any monetary transactions made via our website are considered voluntary donations to support the server's hosting, development, and maintenance costs. In exchange for your support, you are rewarded with "Silk," a virtual currency. All donations are final and non-refundable. Attempting a chargeback or payment dispute will result in an immediate and permanent hardware-level ban across all our services.

3. Code of Conduct and Game Rules

To maintain a healthy community, players must adhere to the following rules:

• No Cheating or Exploiting: The use of unapproved third-party software, memory editors, packet spoofers, or exploiting server bugs is forbidden.
• Botting Rules: While limited botting may be allowed according to server-specific IP/HWID limits, bypassing these limits using VPNs or virtual machines is a bannable offense.
• Respectful Behavior: Harassment, hate speech, racism, and extreme toxicity in global chat or Discord are not tolerated.
• Impersonation: Pretending to be a Game Master (GM), admin, or support staff is strictly forbidden.

4. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to keep the server online 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify game mechanics, balance skills, perform server wipes (in extreme cases of database corruption), or take the server offline for maintenance without prior notice. We are not liable for any lost progress or items due to rollbacks, crashes, or updates.

5. Account Suspension and Termination

The IronSRO-R administration reserves the right to suspend, mute, or permanently terminate any account at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability. If you are banned for violating these Terms, you forfeit any right to your account, characters, and purchased Silk.

6. Intellectual Property

IronSRO-R is an educational and non-profit private server project. Silkroad Online, its graphics, audio, and underlying concepts are the intellectual property of Joymax Co., Ltd. and Wemade Max. We do not claim ownership over the original game client assets. This server operates under principles of fair use for community entertainment.
