Refund Policy & Terms of Service

1. No Refund Policy

By making a purchase on IronSRO-R ("the Server"), you acknowledge and agree that all payments are for virtual items or currency ("Silk") which are intangible digital goods. Due to the nature of these items and the immediate delivery or consumption within the game environment, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

All transactions are final. Once the Silk or virtual items have been credited to your account, the service is considered fully rendered. This policy is in place due to the non-retrievable nature of digital goods and the significant international transaction fees and administrative costs associated with processing payments and potential refunds. The costs of maintaining high-performance servers, DDoS protection, and development are covered by these contributions.

2. User Responsibility & Risk

Purchasing Silk or any premium service is done entirely at your own risk. IronSRO-R is an educational and community-driven project. While we strive to provide a stable and long-lasting gaming environment, we cannot guarantee the perpetual availability of the service. In the unlikely event of server closure or data loss, no compensation or refunds will be issued for past purchases.

3. Chargebacks and Fraud

Any attempt to initiate a chargeback, dispute, or reversal of payment through your bank or payment provider will result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your game account and all associated accounts (IP Ban). We reserve the right to share details of fraudulent activity with other private server networks and fraud prevention databases.
